CorpTax Solutions respects your right to delete your account and personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your CorpTax account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app (fastest)
If you can sign in to the app:
- Open the CorpTax app and sign in.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Edit profile.
- Scroll to Delete my account and confirm.
Your access is disabled immediately and your login is deactivated.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or have already removed the app, email us and we will process your request:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please send the request from the email address registered on your account, or include your registered name, email, and phone number so we can verify your identity. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or deactivate:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile information (name, contact details, address, tax identifiers).
- Documents you uploaded and your support messages.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to keep them — for example, tax, accounting, invoicing, and financial records — for the period required by applicable law. These records are kept secure and are not used for any other purpose. Once the required retention period ends, they are deleted.
